I wrote this book in memory of my late brother-in-law, Sunny Kang Choon Yong.

In December 2013, I told him that I had accepted a speaking invitation and sought his consent to share his medical misadventures at the workshop that was conducted on 14 February 2014 (eve of his demise). I also told him that I'll write a book on his medical misadventures when the time is ripe. Sadly, he became a sitting duck for HAIs and did not make it to return home.
