How Much
(Music composed by Mr Jay Yip)
Special Dedication

As I describe it - To be the caregiver to a loved one who is ill, it is a feat greater than climbing Mount Everest - braving oneself against the uphill task that can often drain one's energy, leaving one depressed and demoralized. My friend Jay (living in Australia) shares my thoughts and had composed a beautiful piece of music - "How Much", specially dedicated to caregivers who give selflessly and tirelessly.

In Jay's words - "It is from these people that we should draw our strength and courage because no one will understand their pain."

Jay was full of emotions while composing this piece of music as he could feel the caregivers' feelings. He expresses his feelings as follows:

Let me show how much
I can love you
Let me show much I can care
Give me strength to hold you
....... and comfort you

I won't let you see me cry
I won't let you know why
My hope is that you can rest
And know that I am beside you .... all the time

When the going gets tough, take a breather - go for a stroll.
